Niki has been a registered nurse since 2011 and a nursing instructor at Sheridan College since 2023. Niki is a graduate of the Sheridan College nursing program and had a lifelong dream of becoming an educator. She plans to pursue her MSN in education.

Niki’s clinical background and passion is in rural healthcare, starting at a critical access hospital she gained experience in several areas including med/surg, labor and delivery, emergency, and primary care. She was an ACLS instructor for several years.

Niki believes that all patients should have access to quality care. Niki is a believer in lifelong learning and instilling a passion for nursing and evidenced-based quality care in today’s nursing students.

Niki enjoys reading, fishing, traveling, and watching her children play sports.
